All prices are displayed in Swedish SEK currency and include Swedish VAT. Exceptions may arise when invoicing or exhibiting in another country, during which the currency temporarily transitions to that of the country in which Guldhart is exhibiting or billing.
Moreover, we retain the right to modify prices without prior notification.
Please note that prices do not encompass delivery charges. Additionally, orders may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, for which you are responsible.
We welcome payment with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Klarna and paypal.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery charges are initially determined at a fixed rate; however, they may be adjusted based on the package's weight and destination. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the moment of order placement. Please note that orders are not processed for shipping on weekends and holidays. For commissioned work, delivery dates are mutually agreed upon between the seller and the owner.
THE DELIVERY TIME
Sweden: Approximately 2-3 business days after shipment. Europe: Approximately 5-8 business days after shipment. Worldwide: Approximately 14 days after shipment.
During peak periods and public holidays, certain delays may arise. Regrettably, we cannot assume responsibility for any delays attributed to the shipping company or local customs.
In case of any issues, please get in touch with us at email@example.com. Otherwise, kindly review your provided track and trace number that was furnished when the package was dispatched.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
We accept returns with pleasure and provide a 14-day return period from the date of your receipt. Please be aware that you cannot return or exchange your item by merely refusing to receive it; you must also provide clear notice of your intent to do so simultaneously.

You are responsible for covering the return costs, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is appropriately packaged when returning.

Please ensure that you include an information sheet with your order number and name enclosed. The items must be returned in unused and unaltered condition, matching the state in which they were received.
After we have received the item and approved the return, we will initiate the refund process to your credit card or through the selected payment method you initially used for the purchase.
Kindly be aware that commissioned artwork, tailored to a client's specifications, cannot be returned.
All products are subject to the provisions of the Swedish Sale of Goods Act, which allows for a 24-month period during which you may lodge a complaint about an item.
This exclusion does not encompass defects resulting from improper use, inadequate maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
