RETURNS
We gladly accept returns and offer you 14 days of return from the date of your receipt. To start a return, you need to send an email with title “RETURN” to andre@guldhart.com.

Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return costs are your own responsibility. When returning, you are also responsible for the item being properly packed.

Remember to include your order number and name. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received.

Please note, that it is not possible to return commissioned artwork that has been manufactured to a client’s specifications. 

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at andre@guldhart.com with the title "CLAIM" if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the event your package is stolen, it is your responsibility to file a police report online with your local station.
